At KALVERO, we want you to love every shirt you receive from us. If something isn’t quite right, you’re protected by our 45-Day Money Back Guarantee.
You may return any eligible item within 45 days of delivery for a refund of the product price paid.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees, including Standard or Premium shipping, are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund can be processed.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly according to our refund policy.
To initiate a return, please email us at kalveroservice@outlook.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.
We also encourage you to consider donating the product to someone in need if returning internationally is inconvenient. Your generosity can make a difference.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may return the original item and request a replacement.
Please note the following exchange conditions:
- A $20 exchange handling fee per shirt applies to all exchanges.
- Replacement shipping fees are not included and must be paid by the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be received and approved before a replacement can be arranged.
Once we receive and approve the returned item, our team will contact you with the payment details for the exchange handling fee and replacement shipping cost.
After payment is completed, the replacement item will be shipped accordingly.
This exchange policy allows us to continue offering quality products while covering the processing, handling, and international shipping costs involved.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will cover the eligible product price only.
- Shipping fees, including rush shipping or Premium shipping, are non-refundable.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at kalveroservice@outlook.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Return Shipping Location
Please note that all returned items must be shipped back to our international fulfillment warehouse located in Hong Kong.
Because this is an international return:
- Return shipping costs may be higher than domestic shipping.
- Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs-related charges.
- KALVERO is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
- Returns must be sent to the designated Hong Kong return address provided by our support team.
Once the returned item is received at our Hong Kong warehouse and passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund according to our return policy.
Returns that are not shipped to the designated Hong Kong return address, or are shipped without prior authorization, may not be eligible for a refund.
